Tea Course- Steeping Times

Tea is wonderful and if you start studying about the different teas, you will find yourself on a journey.
Our Journey today took us to Mitsuwa in Irvine where we experienced a whole new world, at least to us. We bought some Hime Brand Ban-Cha Green Tea without having to go all the way to Japan! I loved it. It reminded me of some of the great teas we experienced in China.
